Peacefmoonline.com is reliably informed that Hiplife trio Samuel Akman, Richard Danso and Felix Walker who collectively make-up Hiplife group Asaase Aban, almost lost their lives by the action of a careless hit and run driver.The hiplife group was involved in a serious car accident on the N1 Highway road on Saturday evening October 6 and had their car damaged beyond repairs.According to a source the group had just finished a live Television performance on TV Africa’s “Sound Splash” when they met this tragedy.Narrating the incident to Peacefmonline.com, Samuel Akman also known as Yooba said the incident happened on the main Lapaz road part of the George W. Bush High when a driver in Hundai 4X4 who was on top speed all of sudden hit the back of their salon car.According to Yooba their car subsided about three times before it finally stopped and the driver who seemed heavily drunk drove off and didn’t border to stop.A member of the group, Drasty collapsed right on the spot and had to be rushed to the Korle-bu Teaching hospital at about 12 am but the other two members were not hurt
